The Changan Eado PHEV (Eado New Energy) is the plug-in hybrid version of Changan's global compact sedan, launched in 2025 under the "Smart New BlueWhale" line. It combines a 1.5 L naturally aspirated engine (72 kW) with a 158 kW electric motor (330 N·m) through an E-CVT, and is powered by an 18.4 kWh LFP battery (CATL) for 145 km CLTC pure-electric range and over 1,300 km of total combined range.
